Using Cinder & Puff
Cinder & Puff provides parent-directed personalized stories. A parent account and a saved child profile are required before checkout or story creation. Please use only the permitted first name and constrained story choices offered in the product.
Plans and credits
Try It Out is $2 USD one time for one personalized story credit. Storytime is $5 USD/month for exactly 10 personalized stories each billing month and one child profile. Family is $10 USD/month for exactly 20 personalized stories each billing month across up to three child profiles. Cinder & Puff does not offer a free trial. Each Try It Out purchase provides one separate individual story credit and may be purchased again. Individual credits stack with a monthly allowance and do not alter a subscription plan, renewal date, or billing cycle.
Subscription management
Storytime and Family renew monthly. Subscription details are available in your account, and you can contact us for account or billing help. The current account experience does not include a self-service control that cancels future recurring payments.
Stories and delivery
Stories are AI-assisted from the permitted first name and selected story choices. Stories are subject to automated text validation before they are available in the parent account; a human review before every delivery is not currently verified.
